Wild mushrooms are known to absorb high levels of Vitamin D and Chanterelle species are no exception! Up to 30% of your daily dose of vitamin D in just one serving. Chanterelles have also been found to contain significant levels of potassium, iron and dietary fibre, essential for healthy cell formation and digestion. Cook into risotto, soup, broth or creamy pasta sauces.
